Two Morrisburg Curling Club teams participated in the annual Malcolm MacGregor Bonspiel hosted by Winchester Curling Club on Wednesday November 21. Congratulations to the team of Jack Barkley, Dave King, Doug Jarvis, and Rick MacKenzie, which curled in the early draw. Thanks to a strong second game, the team finished in second place among the early draw teams. The team of Peter Zeran, Don McMillan, Maurice Kolff, and John Gove curled in the second draw.
Also on Wednesday, three teams from our daytime senior men’s league went to Cornwall to play in a friendly. Morrisburg won one of three matches. Congratulations to Al Harriman, John Gove, Paul Gunther.
